ENERGY MASTER at EIT Manufacturing Day 2025
On May 9th, 2025 – a day that also marks Europe Day – the Industry Innovation Cluster had the pleasure of participating in the EIT Manufacturing Day in Vienna, an event that brought together innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from across the manufacturing ecosystem.
This dynamic gathering, organized by EIT Manufacturing East, served as a platform for showcasing innovation, exchanging ideas, and fostering collaborations to shape the future of European manufacturing. The Industry Innovation Cluster was proud to contribute to this mission by presenting our involvement in several forward-looking projects that align with the goals of EIT Manufacturing and the broader European industrial transition.
Spotlight on ENERGY MASTER
One of the highlights of our presentation was the ENERGY MASTER project – a strategic initiative supported by EIT Manufacturing. ENERGY MASTER focuses on smart energy management in manufacturing, aiming to maximize the use of solar energy in industrial environments through real-time monitoring, predictive AI models, and system automation. This project not only contributes to increased energy efficiency and sustainability in factories but also supports the EU's broader Green Deal ambitions.
During the event, we shared how ENERGY MASTER leverages industrial partnerships, AI-based analytics, and advanced integration of energy systems to empower manufacturers to reduce their reliance on the grid and become more energy-resilient.
Strengthening Regional and European Collaboration
Events like EIT Manufacturing East Day are key in connecting regional initiatives with European-level goals. The Industry Innovation Cluster is proud to contribute to this dialogue, positioning Slovakia and the Danube region as active participants in shaping Europe's manufacturing future.
